Mark was great to work with. We traded in a truck and bought a newer diesel almost 2 years ago. The process was easy and everyone was great to work with. Before purchasing I read the reviews and was very concerned about the number of reviews stating 'I brought this truck home and now the engine has this problem'. My husband is fairly knowledgably about cars and trucks and thoroughly inspected the truck before we bought it. A week after we brought our truck home the truck went into limp mode and the check engine light came on. So, if you do buy a truck (I'd say this for any dealership but considering this dealership has a number of reviews about faulty engines after bringing the truck home) purchase an extended warranty. Its been a year and a half of working with our extended warranty but luckily its looking like we will be able to get the turbo replaced and the warranty will cover it. If we wouldn't have purchased the warranty we would have spend 34k on a diesel truck and then another 6-7k on a new turbo. If you are purchasing a used truck without a manufacture warranty, I'd highly highly recommend purchasing an extended warranty.

A few months back I went into Forest City Trucks to get an estimate on new tires for my truck. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and very kind and fair in his estimates. I planned on taking my truck in within the next month or so when I started having issues with the starter. I was scrambling to find a tow truck to get it to Chesterland where Forest City Trucks is located. Mark gave me a call and mentioned he would be able to stop by to look at my truck and see if there was an easy fix before spending a lot of money to have it towed in. I now refuse to go anywhere else to have my truck serviced, even though I am a fair distance away from the shop. Forest City Trucks truly cares about their customers - I am still blown away at the service and would give 10 stars if I could.

Had no idea they do service, but they do! Brought in my Tesla for a tire rotation and brake caliber maintenance which Tesla recommends every 12k miles. I was surprised they will take a Tesla and any other car. Overall, a fantastic experience. It’s so tough to find someone for car service work that is reliable, fairly priced, and does good work. Always felt like I was getting overcharged at other places with my SUV. Going to start taking all my cars here for services now.
